It was Atlanta's fifth walk-off win of 2026. It was Albies' 11th career multi-home run game. And it was the loudest statement he's made all season.
How the Game Unfolded
Milwaukee starter Kyle Harrison was untouchable early — retiring the first 12 Braves in order, walking nobody, and striking out seven across 6⅓ innings. The only man who cracked him was Albies, leading off the fifth with a solo shot to right-center for a 1-0 lead.
The Brewers answered in the sixth, loading the bases against Chris Sale and scoring twice — a Gary Sanchez sacrifice fly and an Andrew Vaughn bloop single made it 2-1 Milwaukee. Jackson Chourio added a run in the seventh on a fielder's choice to push it to 3-1. Atlanta cut it to 3-2, then handed the ball to the ninth — and Albies handled the rest.
