No Scholarship, No Problem

Jordan Taylor walked on at Oregon without a scholarship, a roster spot, or any guarantee of playing time.

"I just wanted a chance," Jordan remembers. "I knew if I got in the building, I could prove I belonged."

The Long Road

For two years, Jordan was a scout team quarterback. He threw passes to prepare the defense for game day—and never saw the field on Saturdays.

But he never complained. He studied film obsessively, worked out before and after practice, and waited for his opportunity.

The Moment

When Oregon's starting QB went down with an injury midseason, Jordan got his chance. He threw for 312 yards and 3 touchdowns in his first start.

He never gave the job back.

Recognition

Jordan earned a full scholarship and is now projected as a potential mid-round NFL draft pick.

"This is for every walk-on out there," Jordan says. "Your story matters."
