Ozzie is one of the most universally respected players in baseball — and one of the most private. When he agreed to sit down with Dreams League, we built the day around the things you never see: the tanks, the island, the routine, the family.
Chapter 01
The Fish Tanks
Off the diamond, Ozzie spends hours behind the glass. He runs three aquariums at his Atlanta home — saltwater builds with rare wrasses, a planted freshwater scape, and a quarantine tank he uses to acclimate new arrivals. He'll tell you it forces him to slow down when the season tries to pull him at 200 mph.
